At Cloud Property Management, we invest our own capital in neighborhoods and buildings where we know we can add value, and so we purchase and rehab distressed properties throughout the city. With our wide-range of internal capabilities and external resources, we have a unique ability to underwrite the operations of functioning assets as well as validate projections in construction, leasing, and management. We thus can provide sound underwriting based on our operational experience.
Being the owners of the properties that we manage, we take a very hands-on approach to our management style, and we take great pride in doing so. We provide up-and-coming markets with high-end apartment units, built with condo quality in mind. The majority of our properties are complete gut-rehabs, using modern designs and layouts, high-end finishes, stainless steel appliances, and more. Building exteriors receive a complete refresh of the brick (with tuck-pointing), all new windows, a new roof, and new porches made of quality composite material.
As we continue to grow our portfolio, we strive to complete quality buildings that last, and occupy them with quality tenants that stay satisfied.
